Colin Wellborn is a U.S. Army veteran specializing in intelligence operations supporting American and Allied Special Operations and activities within the Intelligence Community.

From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Welborn participated in four combat tours in Iraq as part of the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (C-JSOTF). For his service in the Middle East, Colin was awarded four Joint Service Commendation Medals, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, and the Iraqi Campaign Medal with four stars.

After leaving active duty, Colin worked as a defense contractor within the United States and abroad where he specialized in analysis, biometrics, counterintelligence, controlled operations, and program development for numerous U.S. government clients. While living in Qatar and Kuwait, Colin was able to continue honing his Middle Eastern expertise while strengthening his political consulting and policy implementation skills on behalf of U.S. Defense and State Departments leadership. He holds certifications from the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense.
