Dave McCulloch

Dave McCulloch has a distinguished and diverse career spanning the political, hospitality, technology, land use, medical research, and nonprofit industries. His unique experience combines integrated digital campaigns with traditional media relations in order to deliver success for clients. He leads Bramer Group’s communications and digital practice and is also a partner at Capitol Media, Inc..

Previously, McCulloch served as executive vice president of IGMKTG, a startup marketing firm catering to small business branding, marketing, social media strategy and crisis communications to clients in the Washington, D.C. region. Shortly after joining, McCulloch was elevated to the role of president.

Dave also served as communications director for one of the top three House races of 2014 where a combined $22 million was spent on one single Congressional seat. McCulloch was hailed as a creative leader who easily managed the local messaging and national narrative of a high-profile campaign.

Dave’s digital experience also led him to West Health Institute, where he helped shape the $100 million medical research organization’s digital footprint and communications strategy.

McCulloch also spent nearly a decade in both the non-profit, land use and hospitality fields developing and managing large-scale multi-million-dollar technology projects, honing leadership skills required for engaging varied stakeholders in corporate initiatives.
