Matt conducted business development, trade shows and technical exchanges with 13 nations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. His experience with Security Cooperation includes Direct Commercial Sales, International MilitaryEducation & Training and Foreign Military Sales procurement and sustainment. At the Missile Defense Agency, he was responsible for a $7M budget providing Integrated Air and Missile Defense modeling and simulation support to exercises in response to today’s ballistic missile, cruise missile and drone threats in the European, Central and Indo-Pacific theaters. As the Director forFuture Plans, Exercises and Assessment at USS Ronald Reagan Carrier StrikeGroup, he coordinated operational and exercise activities with 7 allied and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific, including multi-national anti-air and anti-surface live fire events.
